Emotional Intelligence Workshops

Led by a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, it examines the science of emotional intelligence (EQ) and the compelling business case for its relationship to leadership and team success. This introduction is designed to bring participants awareness to the ten dynamic emotional skills that distinguish outstanding leaders and teams from the average ones. Emotional Capital involves two parts: first, becoming aware of how our emotions and the emotions of others drive behaviours and second, developing the skills to manage these emotions intelligently to leverage our personal strengths.

The ultimate aim is to better understand those we interact with, solve problems faster and more effectively influence the behaviour of others. You will gain a greater understanding of emotional intelligence as well as the key emotional and social skills that increase your effectiveness as a professional.

Impactful Presentations

Discover how to create impact with any audience using skills and techniques. This can be focused on remote delivery or face to face. A workshop where basic and advanced presentation skills and techniques are demonstrated, explained and practiced. Want to have engaging, exciting and memorable presentations? We will work with you on a structure that will do just this. Learn to handle nerves and deliver with confidence. Understand how to use your body language to add to your message, not detract.

Executive Presence – Speaking with your authentic voice

Building on Communicating with Impact, here we focus on finding your authentic voice, how to convey your message with conviction. We will identify and build upon your natural style, learn to speak and trust your authentic voice when commanding a room. It’s not just what you say, but how you and your body say it. Build more confidence in you when presenting.

Storytelling in Business

Understand how to use personal and business stories to make a stronger emotional connections between you and the audience. In this workshop we will cover the why and how storytelling works and a structure on how to create, connect and land stories.

Use stories with confidence when creating new connections, convincing an audience and have a lasting impact.
