    Janine obtained her Level 7 qualification in executive coaching and mentoring in 2014 and has accrued hundreds of coaching and mentoring hours since. She is a Professional member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and holds an Individual Accreditation (EIA) at Senior Practitioner status having demonstrated the professionalism, knowledge, skills and application against the demanding and rigorous industry standards.

    Janine is also a qualified and accredited workplace, civil and commercial mediator with the Civil Medication Council (CMC), working with a various organisations to address conflict in the workplace.

    With almost 25 years’ experience in a range of senior management and Director positions in the public sector and now as the owner of her own successful business, Janine has both the academic knowledge and vast practical experience and application of management, leadership and coaching practice in some of the most challenging environments, including Prisons, the Home Office and the NHS. Her Leadership knowledge and experience is further endorsed by The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) with whom she has been awarded Fellowship status and she voluntarily mentors other leaders in their career through ILM.

    With a cheeky sense of humour, Janine will offer challenge, support and many opportunities for growth and learning and hopefully a little bit of fun too!

    Sanjay brings 11 years of international experience in partnering with leaders to translate aspirations to results. He blends his consulting background with working in HR and commercial leadership teams in Financial Services and Fintech organisations to deliver strategy, achieve goals and drive performance. He combines frameworks and tools with a deep understanding of behavioural science to do this. His in-house roles in culture, talent and internal communication roles brings depth and rigour to the solutions he creates to drive change and create stakeholder value.

    His strengths include decoding strategy into the capabilities required for success, cultural diagnosis and developing cultural, talent and leadership solutions to achieve results. He is known as someone that builds strong relationships across all levels of the business and executes at pace. Sanjay is an Associate Coach working towards accreditation status with the International Coaching Federation. He uses coaching to empower individuals and teams to build capability and confidence to realise their potential and has a passion for supporting marginalised groups.

    From a L&D perspective Jordan has experience delivering leadership development programmes and coaching across a variety of organisations & has a track record of delivering projects with scale and longevity.

    Jordan also brings a wealth of experience working within large national and global organisations operating in brand and marketing roles, which brings strategic and commercial understanding of the requirements of large organisations, and an ability to deliver large scale projects with cross functional stakeholders, at pace, with a focus on delivering first class results.

Faried's career included international experience in multi-national organisations such as SABMiller plc, Travelex, and Deloitte.

    He is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Grant Thornton UK, a Non-Executive Director on the Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust board and Chairs the Finance and Digital Committee. He is a member of the People & Culture Committee, Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

    He is known for his ability to lead global teams through diversity and inclusion, understanding the importance of empathy in collaborative work with people in matrix organisations. He was nominated 18th out of 100 LGBTQ+ leaders in the Financial Times in 2014.

    His passion for coaching and mentoring others to reach their full potential led him to professional and executive coaching.     Jeffrey is an Executive and Leadership Coach, Trainer and Conflict Resolution Specialist with a Psychology BSc (Hons). His work centres around providing solutions for individuals, organisations and systems that bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be.

    Jeffrey is experienced in the field of coaching and training. He works with a full range of professional roles from C-Suite to those early on in their careers. He also works across the private, public and voluntary sectors. Jeffrey also uses his time to coach those who would not ordinarily have access to coaching e.g. Yonge men in prison and underrepresented young women.

    In addition, Jeffrey is active in a range of pro bono roles, sitting on the Advisory Board for ‘Culture at Work’ – a leading global Coaching company that offers Coach Training to Senior Executives worldwide, and a Trustee for two charities ‘Peer Power’ and Jubilee ‘Primary School’.

    Chris has a BA(Hons) in Business and Retail Management, has recently been through the ‘Living Leader’ Programme and, alongside his Retail roles, also runs his own small property business. Sue delivers people development solutions for a range of clients, using a range of interventions including; one to one coaching, action learning, neuro-linguistic programming, a variety of psychometric and 360 degree feedback tools, often combined with experiential learning.

Sue teaches at postgraduate level in the field of Leadership and Organisational Change.

    Alison’s passion is improving the world of work for all. We all spend so much of our time at work, it is a foundation within our lives and so it should not be a place of conflict or stress.

    Alison qualified as a Solicitor in June 2006 and since then she has specialised in providing advice to Employers and Employees on all aspects of Employment Law and HR, including mediation and dispute resolution within the workplace.

    It is Alison’s goal to provide clear and unstuffy legal advice when it is required and to be on hand to prevent problems from arising.

    Alison provides recruitment and onboarding training. Empowering managers to feel comfortable and confident from interview to onboarding.

    When you think of a Solicitor most people think of a very traditional and often stuffy image, with a serious grey suit, long words and only providing advice and answers, Alison is certainly not that! She brings a world of empathy, personality and passion to her training, delivery and legal advice.

    Being born in Abu Dhabi, brought up in Hong Kong and completing a two-year work assignment in Shanghai has provided Nikki with a nuanced understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and expatriate considerations.

    Stefanie is a coach providing personalised support to executive-level employees and midlife women in the media workplace – mainly because she walked the walk with some of the UK’s most popular media brands.

    Stefanie continues to help hundreds of people transform their journey and understand better than anyone how these aren’t just personal issues, they’re workplace issues too.

    She studied at the gold-standard Barefoot Coaching, graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and has been trained by Tedx Speaker Cynthia Thurlow specialising in Intermittent Fasting. Stefanie continues to give inspirational talks, write for health and wellness publications and appear as a guest on top-ranked podcasts.

    James’s background id in engineering and health and safety. James has worked for a tier 1 contractor where he found a passion for education and training. James has worked for Network Rail as a safety professional responsible for Building and Civil Engineering packages of work across the Wessex region. He then moved over to the construction team as a construction manager and his spare time, studied construction and environmental management.

    Upon leaving Network Rail, he worked as a Contracts Manager for a small, rail, civil engineering contractor delivering construction projects across Southern England.

    After 16 years James decided to step away from the railway and pursue his passion for developing people within the construction industry. He specialises in delivering construction specific programmes for our clients pulling on his wealth of knowledge and experience.

    James enjoys walking, running, going to the gym, dance music, reading, studying and family time, rugby.

    In his spare time, James coaches a children’s rugby team which he finds incredibly rewarding.

    Lucy has accumulated a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience spanning several years. She is qualified to teach adults and has consistently developed herself, adding Coaching, Leadership and Management qualifications over the past decade. As a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, Lucy has spent many hours coaching both individuals, groups and teams, primarily focusing on developing managers. Additionally, she provides coaching services to individuals seeking to increase their confidence. Outdoor coaching sessions have proven to be a hit in recent months!

    With a background in retail and education, Lucy creates development programs tailored to aspiring and recently promoted managers. In addition, she offers support to existing managers to improve their skills.

    Alongside her professional commitments, Lucy advocates for physical fitness to support mental well-being. She has developed a love of Triathlons and other demanding sporting challenges, which she perceives as essential for maintaining her mental clarity and focus.
